Self-care and being able to indulge in luxuries are so important to us, as being able to de-stress, unwind and feel good, is essential for your personal well-being.
Self-care
Conscious acts one takes in order to promote their own physical, mental, and emotional health.
Luxury
Comfort or indulgence in something that provides pleasure, satisfaction and elegance, but not absolutely necessary.
Little luxuries - feel good things such as a spa, holiday, Picnic etc

- Lunch date - with a BFF or solo, and why not order that meal you've been wanting to try.
- Holiday, local or abroad - with your friends or solo. Add on that breakfast or why not go all out and book all inclusive.
- Picnic - prep a meal, grab a blanket, good book and relax.
